Yogasana is a hatha style yoga practice, where poses are typically held for several breaths to allow time for meditation and for muscles to release tension. Participants will deepen body awareness, stretch and lengthen muscles, massage inner organs and build breath practice to deepen each movement. This class is the perfect companion to more active workouts as you will leave feeling relaxed and restored. Or treat yourself to some much needed "me time" and come to your mat solely for rejuvenation.  All levels of skill are welcome.
