Shirin has always had a passion for movement and is inspired by human expression and potential. She began her health and wellness career over 15 years ago when she started developing intolerances to food and needed alternative ways to reduce her anxiety and her restless nervous system. Movement and strength training have been her go to doctors to help her feel at ease in her body and to help calm her overactive mind. In recent years, Shirin left the corporate world in pursuit of meaning and substance, and now devotes her time to movement and education. She believes a strong leader is one who teaches you how to help yourself, encourages you to be curious about why we do what we do, and holds you accountable until you reach your goals.
