We’ve partnered up with Holistic Nutritionist & real food advocate, Heather Allen to offer our Yogathletix members an exclusive kick-starter nutrition package to help you reach your health goals.

*NOTE: All appointments take place via skype or phone to keep it easy and accessible to everyone.

Initial Intake: 60 mins

This appointment is all about getting clear on where you are now and where you want to go. This will cover your primary concerns, health history, current diet and lifestyle habits and a plan to set your health goals in motion. You will leave this appointment with a nutrition protocol including quick-start tips, recipes and resources to get you on the right track.

Strategy Call: 15 mins

Change can be hard which is exactly what this call is for! 2 weeks after your initial intake, you will receive a strategy call to discuss any roadblocks you may have come up against or to address any questions, concerns or additional resources/support you may require. This call is all about accountability and keeping the momentum going so you can continue to crush your goals!

Follow- Up: 30 minutes

This appointment is meant to collect feedback related to your nutrition protocol, create ongoing strategies to keep you on track, evaluate your progress and plan appropriate next steps so that you can continue to reach new milestones. This appointment is meant to be booked 4 weeks after your initial consultation (2 weeks after your strategy call).
