GETnRIP’D is a high intensity circuit workout focused on strength and athleticism. Participants rotate through six stations which challenge endurance, strength, agility and power, using various equipment. This class is for the YOGAthlete who wants to push harder, move faster, jump higher and then come back for more. Sweating is a MUST. While all levels of fitness are welcome, expect this class to be physically challenging. NOTE: Indoor shoes are required.
