Q. Where are you located? 

A. YOGAthletix is located at 573 King Street East. We are located in the same building as Impact Kitchen, our entrance is via the alley at the back of the building.

Q. Where can I park? 

A. Parking is FREE on King St and Queen St (just a short walk north), before 8AM and after 6PM on weekdays, and all day on Sunday. Paid parking is available at all other times. 

Q. Are you TTC accessible? 

A. Yes, we are directly on the 503 & 504 lines on King Street and a short walk away from the 501 and 502 lines on Queen Street. Get off at Sumach if you are coming from the West or River Street if you are coming from the East. 

Q. Do you have bike racks? 

A. Bike racks are available just outside Impact Kitchen, on King Street. 

Q. What should I bring to class? 

A. Bring water, a yoga mat and a smile to all classes :) Indoor shoes are needed for GETnRIP’D only and a sweat towel is recommended for all fitness classes. 

Q. What should I wear to class? 

A. Always wear comfortable athletic attire. Layers are recommended for the yoga classes to keep the body warm at the start of the practice and for savasana. 

Q. Do you have change/ shower facilities?

A. We do not have showers however we do have three large bathrooms which double as change rooms and can be used to freshen up in. 

Q. It is my first time, what class should I start with? 

A. All classes have modifications for all levels however if you are new to yoga we suggest you take a few Yogasana classes prior to jumping into a Yogathletix class and if you are hesitant  about trying fitness classes we suggest trying GETnFIT or BarreFit first.

Q. Do I need to sign up for classes in advance?

A. Signing up for classes online in advance is mandatory. When you get to the studio please check in on the iPad provided. 

Q. How do I sign up for a class? 

A. You can sign up here or use the MINDBODY mobile app. When you get to the studio please check in on the iPad provided.

Q. What if the class is full? How do I get on the waitlist? 

A. If the class is full at the time of booking you will have the option to be added to the wait list. If a spot becomes available you will be notified via e-mail or text (which ever you choose) at which point you can accept or reject the spot. 

Q. How can I pay? 

A. We accept Visa and MasterCard online.

Q. How early do I need to arrive for class? 

A. Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. If the class is full spots will be given to those on the waitlist at 5 minutes prior to the class.

Q. What if I am running late? 

A. For yoga classes (Yogasana & Yogathletix) we enforce a strict late policy. Once the class has started you will not be permitted to take the class. For fitness classes we allow a 5 minute grace period (GETnFIT, GETnRIP’D, BarreFit, & ELDOA).  

Q. What if I need to cancel my class or I miss my class? 

A. Please refer to the No Show/ Late Cancel Policy below.


No Show / Late Cancel Policy *Effective November 1st, 2018


Members (and Intro 2 Week Pass holders):

No shows and classes cancelled within 3 hours of the start of the class will be charged a non- refundable $10 fee. 

Class Packs:

No shows and classes cancelled within 3 hours of the start of the class will result in a class deducted from your pack.

Single Class/ Drop In:

No shows and classes cancelled within 3 hours of the start of the class will result in a forfeit of the class.

In order to avoid the charge, be sure to cancel your booking at least 3 hours prior to the start of class if you will not be able to make it. Make sure you are opted in to receive class booking reminders through MINDBODY or set an alarm for yourself. 

We appreciate your understanding, and hope that this policy will help keep you committed to your classes and prevent others from missing out.
