Emily is a yoga and fitness instructor with the YOGAthletix team. She brings both fun and theory to her classes, supported by 200 hours of yoga training, Barre training and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Major in Dance. You will enjoy her approachable and encouraging style as she teaches Yogathletix, Yogasana and Barre classes at the studio.
Emily’s philosophies of health and wellness are rooted in her belief that each body is uniquely perfect, so she applies her knowledge and experience to find what works best for you in each of her classes.
Outside of Yogathletix Emily enjoys putting her dance degree to use by teaching a trampoline fitness class here in Toronto and Latin dancing. Two of her favourite indulgences are drinking coffee and eating chips (not at the same time….usually), and she enjoys doing both while exploring the world.
